オンラインクラス　Online Classes

現在、私たちは、オンライン上での英会話レッスンを開始しています。

• 自宅にいながら学びたい人
• 体調不良や風邪などで、直接レッスンを受けにカフェに来られない人
• 新型コロナウイルスによる緊急事態宣言下にある、または台風などの悪天候のため、英会話クラスがカフェで行えない場合
• 英会話の講師が体調不良や風邪などで、カフェでクラスを行えない場合

We are now offering online classes for:

• those that wish to study from home.
• those students that are sick and can’t come to class.
• days that the school is closed due to national emergencies (Corona virus) or due to bad weather (typhoons).
• days your teacher is sick or ill.

オンラインクラスを受けるには何が必要？

• WIFIやインターネット環境に接続できるパソコン、タブレット端末、スマートフォン（カメラ付き）
• ヘッドフォンとマイク（必ず必要というわけではなく、音質をよくするためにオススメです。）
• lineや Messenger、Zoomなどのビデオ通話ができるアプリケーションの取得
• ScanForMe（スキャンフォーミー）などのアプリケーション（プリントワークをしたい方が持っていると便利です。課題のワークシートをスキャンしてやりとりができます。）
• プリンター、スキャナー（あればとても便利ですが、必須ではありません。）
• 授業料は私たちの銀行口座へ、またはPaypal(ペイパル）アカウントへの振込とさせていただきます。支払い方についてはご連絡ください。

What will you need to have an online class?

• A computer, iPad or smart phone with a camera and WIFI or Internet access.
• Headphones with a microphone (Recommended but NOT necessary).
• Applications such as Line, Messenger or Zoom for face to face video conferences.
• Application such as ScanForMe for scanning your homework or printouts.
• A printer with scanner (Recommended but NOT necessary).
• A way to send money (monthly) to our bank account or PayPal account.

授業料とスケジュールの決め方

• 入会金はありません。
• 授業料の支払いは、私たちの銀行口座にお振り込みいただきます。詳細については、ご連絡ください。
• 授業料は前払いとさせていただきます。（月謝制とします。）
• スケジュールを決める際は、電話、メール、Line、Messengerなどでご連絡ください。
• 全てのクラスは、現行の時間帯での受付、人数、年齢での決まりに則って行います。このホームページの、『授業料とスケジュール』で確認してください。

Prices and scheduling.

• There are NO sign up fees.
• Payment will need to be deposited to our bank account. Please contact us for how to do this.
• Payment MUST be received before classes begin.
• Please contact us by e-mail or phone for scheduling.
• ALL CLASSES FOLLOW OUR NORMAL CLASS TIME, STUDENT NUMBER AND AGE. Please see our Prices and Schedule LINK on the main page for more information.

払い戻し、キャンセルについて

• 予約したクラスの始まる時間より前にキャンセルをされたクラスについては同じ月か、次の月に振り替えてスケジュールし直すことができるものとします。
• もし、クラスのキャンセルが前もって連絡がなかった場合は、払い戻しと、そのクラスの振り替えはできません。
• 私たち講師側が、何らかの理由でクラスをキャンセルする場合は、別の日時にクラスの振替をすることができます。
• 前もって支払われた授業料は支払ったその日から3ヶ月以内に利用しなかった場合、払い戻しと、その分のクラスの振り替えはできないものとします。

Refunds and Cancellations

• Classes that are canceled AHEAD OF TIME can be rescheduled within the same month or moved to the next month.
• If you miss a class due to YOUR forgetfulness, there will be no refund nor any possibility of rescheduling that class.
• If the teacher cancels due to ANY reason, your class will be rescheduled to another day and time.
• Classes that have been paid for and that have not been used within 3 months WILL NOT be refunded nor rescheduled.
